Who is this for?  Who will benefit from this training?
  • Are you a leader and a seeker of God who is longing to integrate the two – to consistently lead from your deepest heart?
  • Are you being asked to step into greater leadership roles but lack the confidence or courage?
  • Do you find yourself in leadership roles you didn’t ask for, and thus seeking to rise above your own ambivalence because of your commitment to serve?
  • Are you responsible for guiding others but find that you aren’t succeeding as well as you hoped?
  • Is it in your heart to be a Sufi teacher, but you feel hesitant?

In this workshop, you will:
  • Explore 4 core leadership dispositions, how they reflect the prophets, and how you naturally exhibit them
  • Draw from the role models of the prophets to explore the unique leadership disposition that your life, and heart, are calling for right now and develop a plan for awakening and stepping into it
  • Leave with heart-based strategies for being a centered, confident, and resilient leader

In short, this workshop is for all of us who are in roles that require us to lead and guide – whether it is in our families, our communities or at work – and who want to lead from a holy place.

Most especially it is for those of us who are quiet leaders…reluctant leaders…struggling leaders… and under-utilized leaders!
