Welcome to Unity Peace Prayer Initiative

Unity Peace Prayer Initiative is a volunteer-led Sufi circle offering online classes, workshops, prayer retreats, and occasional in-person Sufi gatherings rooted in remembrance, unity, peace, and love.

Our gatherings are created as gentle spaces for prayer, reflection, sacred learning, beauty, and companionship. Through Sufi teachings, poetry, art, contemplative practice, and heartfelt conversation, we seek to support the awakening of the heart and the living practice of peace.

Gatherings & Offerings

Unity Peace Prayer Initiative offers online classes, workshops, prayer retreats, and occasional in-person Sufi gatherings created to nourish the heart and support the living practice of remembrance, peace, and love.

Our offerings may include Sufi teachings, prayer, meditation, reflection, writing, poetry, music, sacred art, small-group sharing, and heartfelt conversation. Some gatherings are quiet and contemplative; others are more spacious retreats held over one or several days.

Across these offerings, our intention is to create spaces where the heart can soften, awaken, remember God, and return to the beauty of its original longing.

Current Classes & Events

Traveling through Sidi’s Heart and Through the Mercy and Love of the Prophet Muhammad (صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ), Sep 25th through Dec 11th, 2026.

Past offerings include: Walking in the Light of the Prophets, The Secret of the Love of God, The Holy Women: Ocean of Divine Love, and The Holy Table of Allah for All the Beloveds.

Our Spirit of Service

Unity Peace Prayer Initiative is held by a volunteer circle of beloveds who offer their time, care, skills, and prayers in service to the community.

Our offerings are sustained through generosity and love. Contributions help support faculty honoraria, website care, interpretation and access tools, event support, and the continuation of accessible gatherings for all who feel called to join.

We are grateful for every form of support — through prayer, participation, volunteering, sharing the offerings, and giving according to one’s ability.
