Assalamu alaikum,
I have a question about the concept of a "sealed heart" as mentioned in the Quran (for example, Surah Al-Baqarah, 2:7).
Does this mean that return (tawbah) is still possible for such a person, or is it then definitively closed off and is repentance no longer possible?
I would also like to hear how this relates to verse 39:54, which calls for return to Allah — how can that call still apply if a heart is already sealed?
