Support in Walking the Sufi Path
Now that you have had a taste of the Sufi teachings, this ongoing class will provide step by step instruction, transmission and support for you to continue your journey.
This group will meet every other week and will provide teachings from our guide Sidi, experiential exercises to bring the teaching into your life, and the support and community you need to continue your walking. We will have the time to delve deeper into each of the topics covered in the beginner’s class.
Eligibility
Anyone who has completed The Beginner’s Journey to Practicing Sufism is eligible to take this class.
Others may also be eligible to take this class at the discretion of the instructor. Please contact SSC at help (at) suficommunities.org if you need assistance.
Class Details
Dates: The first and third Wednesday of each month during the summer: June 3, June 17, July 1, 15, 29, August 5 & 19.
Time: 4:30 pm PT / 7:30 pm ET
How to Access the Class: The Zoom access information will be emailed to you once you register for the class.
Recordings: Participants will have access to class recordings.

About Dr. Rahima Schmall
Rahima Schmall, Ph.D., RN, became a student of Sidi’s in 1999. She then moved to the Land in Pope Valley where she became the lead teacher of the zawiyyah retreat and then director of the Healing Intensive, a program through SSC which she still leads today.
In 2004 Rahima was one of the founding faculty of the University of Spiritual Healing and Sufism and the department chair of the Spiritual Healing and Counseling Master’s until her resignation in 2019. Today, Rahima lives in Santa Fe where she works as a clinical psychologist and Sufi healer and teacher. She remains passionate about helping people walk and heal in the Sufi way.
