Assalamualaikum, My question is regarding hair. I’m a female who has suffered severe hairloss from the age of 18. early in my 20s now and currently wear a hair system which is attached to my biological hair. I have supposedly androgenic alopecia (not diagnosed) however the front of my hairline and top of head hair is non existent. I have had this now for 2 years and would like to know about whether is it permissible. I know females should wear the hijab but this question is regarding the hair (it is like extensions but on the top and integrated to my own hair). I also know about women who wear false hair (sahih al-bukhari). What can I do this in case? This topic is very sensitive to me and I can’t share with others. I often feel my prayers won’t even be accepted and feel extremely guilty. However, if I do get this hairsystem removed I will have near to nothing left. It has affected me a lot. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
